Wan Chai

Wan Chai is located at the central northern part of Hong Kong Island, between Admiralty and Causeway Bay. Wan Chai also has quick and easy access to Kowloon side, either by ground transportation using the Cross Harbour Tunnel or by ferry, which is one of the cheapest public transportation ways to go between Hong Kong Island to Kowloon. Being on the shoreline of Hong Kong lsland, many of Wan Chai’s property enjoys the close beautiful view of the busiest part of Kowloon side, Tsim Sha Tsui.

Wan Chai is one of the busiest commercial areas in Hong Kong with many small and medium-sized companies. In addition to featuring the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, it also features office towers, parks, five star hotels, and both modern luxury and traditional old residential buildings.
